What is a minor charged with PC594 facing?
My grandson who lives with me was charged with vandalism because he was spray painting on school grounds. He is 15 years old and they charged him with a PC594. Is he facing jail time or other bad punishments?LawQA.com Answer Library

If it his first time in juvenile court, he will probably only have to pay a fine, be on probation, and face a drivers license suspension. It pays to have a lawyer help you with this type of case.

As a juvenile this will be handled in juvenile court. He could end up going to juvenile detention. However, most probably he will be given time on spray paint clean up. Contact me with the full facts and we can go over his options.
