California Code of Regulations (Title 17) requires that breath testing devices be checked for accuracy either every 10 days, or 150 test subjects which ever comes first.

The time between calibrations on a breathalyzer depends on the model. Your attorney will get the calibration card on the machine that was used in your arrest along with the instruction manual to check if it was in compliance.

According to Title 17, every 14 days for the ePAS Machine. The stationary breathalyzer has to be calibrated once per month.

Generally every 10 days of 150 tests, whichever comes first. Check with title 17 about the rules and regulations regarding breath machine.
