How can I get my previous record expunged?
I have a 3rd degree felony possession from 2005 and got a 2nd degree distribution in 2006. I've been off parole successfully since 2008. I wanted to expunge my record but had recently gotten a citation for a misdemeanor b dv and one for dv in presence of a child. Well I still be able to get those charges expunged?
