How can I get my paraphernalia charge removed from my record?
I was pulled over and arrested for possession of marijuana. I hired a lawyer and it was reduced to a drug paraphernalia charge. I am curious to find out if it is possible to now try and get the paraphernalia charge removed from my record somehow. The original lawyer said that this was the best that he could do but seeing that I am looking to enter the education field I am interested in trying to get this removed if at all possible.LawQA.com Answer Library
