How can I defend myself against a company accusing me of theft?
I need an attorney to handle a case against a company for accusing me of theft and it is not true. I would like to file charges against the company. They also do discrimination more than the employees realize and companies like this have no business in being in business. I am not sure of what kind of attorney that I'm even looking for but need one bad that will work on a continuous basis from the start of the case. You would need an attorney that handles civil cases. Defamation and discrimination may be possible causes of action.

For the theft accusation you need a criminal attorney. You really cannot sue the company until you are found not guilty of the theft.

If you're being accused of a criminal theft, you need a criminal defense attorney to represent you and clear your name. If this is a wrongful termination case, you'll need an employment (labor law) lawyer. In either situation, you'll need to discuss the situation in much greater detail face to face during a consultation with your attorney.

If you are being prosecuted for theft you clearly need a criminal defense lawyer. If you want to sue them for discrimination you will need an employment discrimination attorney. If you are in the Bay Area get in touch and I will direct you to an employment attorney.
