Question
How can a criminal record of stealing affect me career-wise?
On 06/29/2011 at 8:23pm: I was caught stealing at a local store residing off Wilkinson Blvd. The amount of items was less than $30 not including tax. The officer stated my first court date would be July 15th. 1. If convicted how do I go about getting this expunged? 2. Since it was less than $50, can I pay for court cost and the items in questions to get the case dismissed? 3. If the case is dismissed will this continue to be on my record, and how will it affect me career wise?LawQA.com Answer Library
