Do I have to pay fees to get my stolen car back?
My car had been reported for a very long time. Finally I received a call from the police department saying that they had found my car and that I could pick it up at a tow yard that they specified. Once there, I was informed that I would have to pay considerable fees in order to pick up my car. This seems ludicrous to me seeing that my car was stolen.
