Question
Can my boyfriend who is on Parole in Santa Barbara County transfer and stays with me in Ventura County?
My boyfriend who is on Parole just got picked up for a violation of parole due to not having an address in his county which he did. He works full time in Santa Barbara County. I live in Ventura County and have my own apartment and would like to know if I can’t have him transfer to Ventura County and if they would release him if he had an address with me... Please help I think it’s not right for someone to be locked up just cause they won’t let him stay at the only place he has which is with me instead of staying in the streets or in his car.
