Can I get my embezzlement charge expunged or sealed?
I have a misdemeanor embezzlement charge that I plead guilty to in 2006. I made a bad decision and have learned from it and have not been in trouble with the law since. This charge has hindered me from landing multiple jobs over the past few years. I am just so tired of people giving me the thumbs up for a job, and then turning me down because of the past.
