Can I finish my alcohol treatment classes from Texas?
I plead no contest to a DUI in California. The court gave me 3 years probation, MADD, fines and 9 months of alcohol classes. I was arrested because I moved to Texas without completing the alcohol classes. I thought that I would be able to finish these classes in Texas. Since I do not live in California anymore, how do they expect me to complete them?LawQA.com Answer Library
